Our team is fully aware of the need for continual assessment of quality and safety, so in 1999 we became a member of the ICI Dulux Contract Partnership Scheme which allows for a continual audit of contract quality which provides our clients with manufacturers back-up and quality assurance. Then in 2003 Manilva gained its quality management system to ISO 9001 certification.

We often undertake works on commercial premises and our clients see the benefit in staff moral, and perception from their clients, in keeping their offices looking and feeling bright, airy and modern. As with all our works we focus on quality to ensure our clients feel the full benefit of their redecorations. Interiors
As a specialist decorating company we take great pride in our interior works, and believe that with great quality control you can achieve fantastic results. We often offer advice to our clients on what works really well in a space, so whether you have a clear plan for your interior or would like professional guidance we can help.
Residential
We often undertake residential works on behalf of property management companies, working with them and the tenants closely to minimise disruption. We undertake common part refurbishment and redecorations, as well as fire safety works, roof maintenance and external decorations. Education
Working with schools can be demanding for some, but we have worked with a range of schools and universities to maintain and update their buildings and provide educators and pupils an environment in which to teach and learn. We understand that security checks, tight deadlines and working around term time are all imperative parts of working with a school, and we embrace these. Wherever possible we offer these flexibilities, but more importantly understand that when something goes wrong it can require quick thinking and fast acting.
