What we do
Manilva Contracts Ltd. are specialist painting and decorating contractors for interior or exterior decorating of commercial or residential properties. We also carry out associated repairs, restorations and refurbishments.
We pride themselves in their careful and conscientious approach to their work, consistently producing the highest quality work. Our team is fully aware of the need for continual assessment of quality and safety and has since 2003 operated a quality management system to ISO 9001:2008. We have since 1999 been a member of the ICI Dulux Contract Partnership Scheme which allows for a continual audit of contract quality and provides our clients with manufacturers back up and quality assurance.

Manilva Contracts Ltd proudly support Mental Health Awareness Week.
In an industry that is labelled with so many stereotypes or pressure to always be “strong” – we encourage all of our staff and site operatives to talk openly in an attempt to break down the stigma that often surrounds Mental Health. Visit the Mental Health Awareness website.
Dragon Boat Raise Fundraiser for Hospice UK
In 2022 to celebrate 30 years in business Manilva Contracts took part in the Dragon Boat Race at Surrey Quays, Docklands raising over £1,000 for Hospice UK.
The charity is particularly close to their hearts as one of our original founders Laz Falzon was looked after in his final days at St Christopher’s Hospice.
